Hey there! My name is Kim and I welcome you to Journey to Dinner! I have been overweight for longer than I can remember, before elementary school even. My relationship with food and myself has not always been a positive one. Adulthood came with diagnoses such as PCOS and Hypothyroidism. It was in 2017 though that I had a light bulb moment. My diet didn’t have to be a diet, and I could take my love of cooking and baking and use it to prepare delicious and healthier meals. I’m still on my Journey, and while there’s been a few bumps in the road, I’ve maintained a 40 lb loss. Now, the journey down my mountain continues and I’m excited to share it with you!
