Blueberry Overnight Oats

Blueberry overnight oats

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup milk (your preference, I use almond milk or lactose free milk)
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp maple syrup
dash of vanilla

Add everything into a container or jar and shake or stir it. As the title says, let it
sit overnight. Give it another shake or stir before serving. You can eat it cold, but I prefer to heat it in the microwave for about a minute to knock some of the chill off. Either way,  it’s a yummy, filling and easy breakfast.
